What Should I Expect on my first day?You’ll be welcomed into a supportive environment and guided through key Jiu Jitsu movements. Beginners are never thrown into full sparring. In our all-levels classes, sparring is included but always optional for new students. You’ll work within safe, structured drills—building confidence at your own pace.

Can I train if I’m out of shape or have no experience?Yes. Most of our students started exactly where you are. Our beginner-friendly approach is built to meet you where you're at — no matter your fitness level or background. You’ll build strength, confidence, and skill one step at a time.

What age can kids start?Children can begin training at age 5. Our kids' program focuses on building confidence, discipline, and coordination through structured movement and real self-defense skills — all in a fun, safe environment.

Do you offer private lessons?Yes — private lessons are available by appointment with our experienced brown belt instructors for $40/hour. Personalized training, real results, and no inflated pricing.

How do i get started?Just sign the waiver and decide on a class and show up ready to learn and have fun. Please wear gym clothes (no pockets or jewelry). We train barefoot, so please wear shoes off the mat— but not on the mat.

Is Training SafeYes. Your safety and hygiene are top priorities. Classes are supervised, contact is respectful, and we emphasize mutual care. Injury prevention is built into how we train.

Do You Have Women Only ClassesWe don’t have a weekly women-only class on the schedule, but our brown belt instructor Tay often leads special pop-up sessions for women. Many women train regularly in our coed classes and thrive in a respectful, supportive environment built on real structure and skill.

What Are The Different Class DescriptionsBeginner Jiu Jitsu: Foundational movements and essential techniques. All-Level & Advanced Jiu Jitsu: Modern strategies, competition systems, and deeper skill development. Kids Jiu Jitsu: Structure, focus, confidence — real Jiu Jitsu for ages 5–12. Kickboxing & MMA: Striking, movement, and conditioning — taught by champions.

How Much Does It CostAdults: $85/month unlimited Kids: $70/month No contracts. Just great training and a real community. Additionally, we offer a free 2 week trial to all new students to demonstrate our value and ensure you are a best fit.

Where Are You Located📍 1307 Park Ave, Williamsport, PA We’re in the historic Pajama Factory Suite 210, with free parking and easy access. There is additional parking on the back side of the building along Cemetary St. You can enter there and take the elevator to the second floor. when you get off the elevator make a right down the hall to suite 210!

Do You Teach Striking or PunchingYes. We offer Kickboxing and MMA classes that include striking technique, footwork, and conditioning — taught by experienced competitors and champions.
